Making lifestyle changes to be healthier was a choice I made about a year ago. Once you commit to it, it’s really not that difficult. I don’t suffer at all, really. I simply became more active and made better food choices, but I don’t starve, and I definitely don’t skimp on flavor when it comes to eating. I like to eat, I’m not going to lie. I’m not a member of Weight Watchers®, but I do purchase and enjoy a lot of the Weight Watchers® branded and endorsed items I find in the grocery stores from frozen dinners to sweet treats.
Some of my favorite items are the popsicles, and the one I’m obsessing over currently is the Weight Watchers® Snack Size Mocha Latte Ice Cream Bars. These are the perfect portion for me and they are so yummy. I don’t have to worry about over indulging because one bar does more than satisfy my sweet tooth. My second favorite are the English Toffee Crunch Ice Cream Bars.
When we have our movie nights, I don’t even have to skip the popcorn, how do you watch a movie without that? You DON’T! Jolly Time® is the ONLY pop corn that is endorsed by Weight Watchers®. I throw in one of my 100 calorie Mini Bags and enjoy, and they only take 1 minute to be ready!
The ready to go snacks aren’t the only items I enjoy though. I love me some cream cheese, and I also love Chicken. When I get hungry but don’t want something that’s going to weight me down, one of my favorite things to make are these Cheddar Pepper Chicken Wraps. They’re super quick to make and only take a few ingredients to make. I can store the wrap filling in the refrigerator too and just warm one up when I get hungry.
- 4 Pieces (pre-cooked) Grilled Chicken Sliced
- 3 Jalapeno peppers Sliced
- 8 slices pre-cooked bacon

- 1/4 cup Weight Watchers® Low Fat Cream Cheese Spread
- Roast jalapeno slices on 375 for approx 8 minutes
- Add pre-cooked chicken and cook for an additional 12 minutes
- Add pre-cooked bacon slices and finish roasting for 5 more minutes
- Remove chicken and slice
- Spread approx. 1 tbsp cream cheese onto tortilla and then top with chicken, peppers, and 2 slices of bacon each wrap
- *Optional Place wraps on the roasting pan and heat for about 5 minutes to allow tortilla to warm and cheese to melt
- Using pre-cooked ingredients makes this a quick meal option.
What about you? Have you tried any of the Weight Watchers® grocery products? If so which is your favorite?
